about ALMA
Alma is an Expressive Arts Therapist who supports children, youth, and adults in exploring emotions, experiences, and patterns through creative expression. She integrates art-making, writing, movement, play, and imagination into her work, offering an approach that is gentle, collaborative, and client-led. Her practice is trauma-informed and grounded in creating a sense of safety, choice, and pace that honours each person’s individual needs.
Alma welcomes a range of ways of communicating, processing, and experiencing the world, and strives to make therapy accessible, flexible, and responsive to each client. She believes creativity can open new pathways for understanding ourselves when words are not enough, and supports clients in finding meaning and connection through the creative process in ways that feel authentic and supportive.
