Executive Functioning Skills Coaching
Individual and Group Coaching

Executive Functioning Coaching is key for teens, young adults, and university students aiming to unlock their full potential. It's particularly effective for those with ADHD, Autism, learning differences, and emotional hurdles like anxiety, offering tools to improve organization and time management. Coaching also benefits students looking to refine their study techniques or navigate the complexities of academic settings more effectively, ensuring they're equipped for success in every aspect of their lives, including building and developing social and emotional skills.

The role of the Education Coach is to identify and work with the strengths of each student, providing tools and strategies to strengthen their learning journey. Because we are all wired in variety of ways, we must understand our own uniqueness and skill sets, to achieve academic success. The Coach may access creative sourcing apps and ideas, supports, visual aids or mentoring, mindfulness techniques, to create the best plan for the student, providing a customized one-to-one executive function coaching experience.
